New Event Name

For eleven consecutive years the Home Improvement & Renovation Show (formerly the Master Builders Home Show), has been delivering inspiration and information to homeowners and homebuilders alike. From time to time the event name has changed to reflect market trends and the event structure massaged to maintain its relevance. Such is the case for 2008.

As a result of unprecedented growth in Perth residential property prices and the impact it has had on existing homeowners the name and structure of the 2008 event has been revamped. For a great many, the concept of selling and upgrading to a bigger, better home or building from the ground up is no longer possible. Staying put and adding value to the existing property is fast becoming the smart option.

Sustainable living is a concept that’s here to stay and so is the expo. Whether building from new or upgrading an existing home, the concept of diverting grey water to the garden or turning a roof into a power generator are now a reality.
