Exhibitor Access Times

Approximately two weeks prior to the event, Exhibitors will be notified of their allocated loading dock access time. The access time will be based on stand location. To ensure stands are complete upon arrival and to reduce the likelihood of lengthy access delays, it is important that move in times are fully complied with.

In the interests of show integrity and for security reasons, it will not be possible to begin dismantling stands before the show closes to the general public.

Public Opening Times

Foyer doors will be open to the public from 9:00am to 3:00pm on Friday and 10:00am to 4:00pm on Saturday and Sunday.

The Forms, where applicable, must be completed and returned to the fax back number on each form by the FaxBack Forms deadline specified above.
