Perth businessmen Wayne Reed, Terry Morris, Peter Versluis, Fraser Moodie and David Chapman formed Exibit Exhibitions & Publishing Pty Ltd (Exibit) in 1999. Prior to establishing Exibit they had worked successfully together over a period of twenty-five years creating a number of high profile brands such as Solahart and Tint.a.Car and developing them into national and international success stories. Exibit was formed as part of the acquisition and merger of the exhibition assets of Vision Events Management Pty Ltd (Vision) and The Corporate Events Group Pty Ltd (CEG) and has since become Western Australia’s largest exhibition and event organiser.
